Most frequently asked questions

When can I check in and check out?

Our standard check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in as we want to prepare the apartment carefully for you. After 10:00 pm, there is no telephone support available, so check-in is at your own risk. Please make sure you have received all arrival information. The latest check-out is at 10:00 am. For check-out, simply put back your key in the keylocker – that’s it!

How does check-in and check-out work?

You will receive all relevant information about check-in in advance. There is a detailed instruction. Basically, we have no reception on site and you check-in yourself with our check-in terminal. For check-out, simply insert your card into the check-out slot – that’s it!

Where can I park my car?

The Brunnengasse is located in the heart of the old town within the pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, it is not possible to drive directly to the building. The closest spot to unload your car would be Färberstraße. The nearest parking garages within walking distance are:

– Jakobsmarkt Parking Garage
Address: Jakobsplatz 1, 90402 Nürnberg
Price: €15 per day
Distance: 10 minutes on foot

– Adler Parking Garage
Address: Adlerstraße 4, 90403 Nürnberg
Price: €30 per day
Distance: 5 minutes on foot

I arrive earlier or depart later. Can I store my luggage?

Unfortunately, we do not have any luggage storage possibilities. We recommend the luggage lockers at the main train station. They are fairly priced and safe.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

If you booked through Airbnb, Booking or Expedia, please contact the site directly to change or cancel your reservation. If you booked directly with us, please send us a message to brunnen@bs-stay.com.

What do I need to bring and what is available on site?

Our goal is for you to feel at home from the first minute. Therefore, we offer you not only bed linen, towels, tea towels, and bath mats, but also a range of free items such as water, sweets, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. In addition, our apartments are perfectly equipped for self-catering. If you miss something, you benefit from the excellent location of our house, which is directly adjacent to shopping facilities.
